Investment Advising for Community & Private Family Foundations in Lake

Our primary focus is the non-profit, foundation or endowment with less than $50 million to invest.  Because this type of client doesn't have the resources to hire a full time investment professional, we serve as an Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (aka OCIO or OIM), assuming the fiduciary responsibility  of managing the portfolio in the best interest of the client.  Regardless of whether or not the client falls under the umbrella of UPMIFA, assets are always managed in accordance with those stringent guidelines.  When you work with Greenbridge, you work directly with the principals, CFA charter-holders with a minimum of 20 years in the investment business. We purposefully limit our scope to provide the best possible service and performance to our clients.

Our clients, which include land trusts, community foundations, service organizations and other non-profits, rely on us for help in establishing or updating their spending and investment policy statements, investing the assets and guiding the investment committee in understanding and fulfilling their fiduciary duties to the organization.  We provide continuity to the always-revolving board and committees, helping them understand past decisions and focus on the right targets moving forward.
